General rental conditions

The renting of your place only becomes effective with our agreement and after reception of the rental contract together with a bank cheque, bank deposit or international postal order to the order of the camping site. The reservation is only possible for at least 1 week. The final place will be determined by the camping site on the day of your arrival. If the dates of your stay are changed, the same place cannot be guaranteed. On the day of your arrival, the place shall be available from 12 o’clock, the chalet from 3 pm and shall be occupied before 8 pm. In case of delay, we kindly ask you to keep us informed. If you do not inform the management of the camping site, the management will be authorized to use the place and the deposit will be kept by the camping site.

Regulations during your stay :
On receipt of your deposit, we will send you an acknowledgment provided places are available. The remainder of the amount due for your stay has to be paid: - on your arrival at the camping site / -30 days before the stay for rented accommodations (in case of non-payment, the deposit would be kept by the camping site and your reservation considered as cancelled); for rented accommodations, in case of delayed arrival or of anticipated departure, no reimbursement shall be made. The day scheduled for your departure, the accommodation shall be free at 10 am at the latest, the pitch at 12. Every camper has to conform with the dispositions of the internal regulations of the camping site. The camper has to contract insurance. The camping site declines responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather, etc and in case of incident falling under the camper's responsibility. The renting is strictly personal. The renter will in no case sublet nor transfer his rented accommodation without the consent of the camping site management. AMOUNT OF SECURITY: for rented accommodations, a security amounting to 122 Euros will be required at the beginning of your stay. (This amount is meant to cover a possible deterioration of the equipment or of the accommodation itself and in case of untidy accommodation, the costs for cleaning up: 31 Euros)

Campers are  kindly required to present themselves the day before their departure to pay their stay.

Official rules – particular conditions

- Any visitor is requested to register at the reception

- Every stay is owed

- Bills accommodations exceptionally unpaid 30 days before the arrival are to be paid (as well as the taxes) the 1st day of the stay

- Tent or caravan stays are to be paid the day before the departure

- Dogs must be kept on the leash on all the parts of the campsite and they are not allowed on the swimming pool area

- Electric barbecues are forbidden

- The swimming pool is for residents of the campsite only

- Bermudas are forbidden in the swimming pool

- Opening hours in July and August:

- Reception: 9h – 12h / 15h – 19h (other periods: ask the bar)
- Swimming pool: 10h – 19h30
- Playgrounds: 10h – 21h30
- Bar and restaurant: 9h – 23h30

- For late arrivals (after 23h) and early departures (before 8h), cars must be left on the parking
